Baking 101 - Here comes Sourdough

“Baking 101: Here comes Sourdough “.

Event will be held June 9, 1-5 pm. Ages 15 and over. Limited to the first 25 that signup.

“We invite our community to attend a Baking class at Post Falls SDA and learn how to make and grow your own sour dough starters and bread.

Come learn from Don Greenley, a baker of over 50 years. Don Greenley was the superintendent of Loma Linda Medical center cafeteria and food stores for over 30 years. He learned to bake when he enlisted in the military. We can confirm that Don’s sourdough bread is second to none: it’s yum yum yummy. Seating is limited so please sign up / RSVP using the form provided.

We will provide all ingredients . Come prepared to have a great time of fellowship and making bread together. We are located at the NE corner of Cecil Rd and Poleline in Post Falls. We welcome you.
